1. Courses
This applies to all paid Kavis Network courses, including the AI Security Course, SaaS Product Pentesting with AI, AI & AI Security for college students, and Cyber Security with AI for Beginners.
- Before the course starts: cancel and we'll refund the full fee.
- After the course starts: no refunds, full or partial.
- What "starts" means: for a batch with a start date, it's that date. For courses you can start anytime, it's the moment we give you access to the lessons or materials.

2. Events and workshops
- Before registration closes: cancel and we'll refund the event fee (for example ₹199). The closing time is shown on the event page.
- After registration closes: no refunds, including if you can't attend.
- Online payment fee: the small fee added at checkout (for example ₹5) covers payment charges and is not refunded when you cancel.
- If we cancel an event: we refund everything you paid, including the online payment fee.
- If we move an event to a new date or time: you can attend on the new date, or ask for a refund of everything you paid, including the online payment fee.
3. How to ask for a refund
Email info@kavisnetwork.in or WhatsApp +91 63853 29944 with your name, the course or event name, and your registration ID or payment reference. We'll confirm your cancellation.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (the same card, UPI or bank account), usually within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it. For cards issued outside India, the amount you get back may differ slightly because of your bank's exchange rate and charges.
4. If we cancel or postpone a course batch
If we cancel a batch, or move its start date, you can choose either a full refund or a seat in the next batch.
5. Free sessions
Free AI audits, demo calls, free events and free resources involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
6. Business services and corporate training
Payments for business projects, security testing and corporate training follow the terms in the written proposal or agreement for that work.
